Recruitment Consultant

A vacancy exists within First City Nursing & Care. This post will include recruitment and rostering of nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to various placements from our vibrant office in the heart of Cheltenaham.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Ensure that the care team have the right skills to provide a care service to each placement
* Ensure that Carers adhere to company policies and procedures
* To take responsibility for keeping staff training records up to date
* Ensure that each new member of the care team has fully met our recruitment process before being placed, that they have received a full company induction and that they have a three month induction plan in place
* Maintain and always ensure that office records and notes are accurate and up to date, including the correct storing of information and adherence to the Data Protection Act
* Ensure that all contract monitoring is accurate and communicated appropriately and within the given time scale
* Deal with all telephone enquiries and ensure that they are professional and appropriately dealt with

* A willingness to undertake training to develop new skills
* The ability to supervise and instruct carers
* A willingness to operate flexibility and to be accountable
* The ability to work without supervision while adhering to company policies
* An ability to build strong relationships
* An understanding of the needs of our clients

Perform On-Call (on a rota basis)

Previous healthcare industry experience required. Closing date Monday 26th June.
