An excellent opportunity is available for a commercial maintenance contracts manager to join an established and growing business based in the West Yorkshire area. This key opportunity will be responsible for driving the main operational face of the business across a variety of commercial blue-chip clients in both the private and public sectors.
The role is a multi-faceted one that involves the following;
* managing exist maintenance contracts day to day.
* managing and developing the maintenance team, including KPI delivery across existing contracts.
* developing further business streams / opportunitys.
* managing all contracts under your control - financially.
* complete associated contracts admin as required.
To be considered for this post you should fit the following criteria;
* have operated in a similar contracts / project manager role within a maintenance environment, whether that be for your own business or a maintenance contractor.
* hold some level of building qualification either academic or trades specific.
* hold strong technical and commercial knowledge covering building fabric, mechanical and electrical works.
* be comfortable pricing maintenance works.
* be a good communication with both your team, peers and clients alike.
* hold strong IT and administration skills, with good attention to detail.
* hold a full UK driving licence.
