THE OPPORTUNITY

My client is a well-established financial organisation seeking an office administrator to join their team in Middleton. This is a very fast paced role and they need someone who has come from a similar background - ideally and Accountancy Practice.



THE ROLE

* Answering phone calls and directing them to the relevant department
* Dealing with VAT registrations, corresponding with HMRC and other relevant authorities.
* Arranging meetings for partner
* Monthly processing of client direct debit payments
* Filing, typing letters, dealing with incoming and outgoing post
* Data entry on to Excel spreadsheets

SKILLS YOU WILL NEED

* Computer literate in MS Packages and Sage
* Confident at working under pressure
* Hardworking, well organised and ability to work under pressure
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Ideally you will have experience within an Accountancy or Financial background
