The job:

* Study inbound calls, chats and email correspondence between agents and customers
* Monitor customer contacts of a specified team
* Design, maintain and continuously improve monitoring standards for the contact center.
* Provide individual unbiased feedback to employee in a timely manner, promoting a continuous learning environment.
* Work in partnership with leadership team to develop CSR skills
* Build/revise evaluation forms to meet changing program needs


* Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese language (native or close to native level)
* EU Passport or valid work permit for Bulgaria
* Fluency in English
* Quality assurance Experience
* Interest in sports is an advantage
* Working knowledge of call/chat monitoring systems is an advantage
* Interested to know about current technology and communications
* Positive attitude towards the world
