Customer Coordinator / Scheduler - Leeds, £17,000 per annum - Free Parking and Excellent Company Benefits

My client based in the south of Leeds seek a customer coordinator to train and work within their busy response team. You will be responsible for managing telephone calls from policy holders and planning removal teams across various sites. This role seeks a confident communicator who can cope well under pressure and manage their own work load.

This role will offer a competitive salary and excellent company benefits. Hours of work are 0830 - 1700 Monday to Friday, free parking is offered onsite as well as a pension, childcare vouchers and 25 days holiday + bank holidays.

Duties: -

Answering telephone calls from policy holders and dealing in a professional manner.
Responsible for the administration and management of client instructions.
Planning removal teams and preparing all site specific documentation
Input data onto database

Skills & Experience Required

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate:-

Customer service experience ideally gained from a demand driven environment
Any facilities management / administration would be advantageous
Excellent organisational skills in being able to multi-task and re-prioritize at frequent intervals
Attention to detail
GCSE Grade A-C in Maths and English
