Get Recruited are supporting an established telecommunications company and provider covering the UK. Due to substantial growth they are looking to add a Sales Administrator to their team in Worcester, you will be dynamic, innovative and enthusiastic.

This is an ideal opportunity for an administrator to take the next step in their career and develop within a company.

The role is varied and process driven. You will be required to support the Managing Director and Field Sales Representatives with all sales documentation which can range from proposals and support documents, contracts and processing all the various opportunities on to the CRM system.

Additional support will be essential also for the Operations manager throughout the sales management, this encompasses field sales performance, telemarketing, price book and margin and commission management.

Your role will also contain general administrative duties such as, processing inbound customer orders, manning the phones, management of pricing tariffs and responding to emails.


* ESSENTIAL to have previous business processes experience
* ESSENTIAL to have at least 1 years administration experience
* ESSENTIAL to have a good working knowledge all MS Office packages, especially Excel
* ESSENTIAL to have previous CRM experience
