£19,000 + Team bonus

My client a Vehicle tracking company based in North Leeds seeks an experienced Credit Controller to join their team. This is a chance to join a great company in a friendly environment.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF SAGE AND CHASING B2B ACCOUNTS

Duties:

*Checking the Company bank accounts online on a daily basis and then posting the cash online
*Producing client statements on a daily basis and setting up direct payments to clients accounts via online banking
*Sending out client statements via email on daily basis
*Creating over 600 invoices on a monthly basis
*Raising Company fees and arranging payment to Accounts Dept on a daily basis
*Entering all fee payments onto the correct software, keeping tally of total fees on a monthly basis, reporting regularly to line manager
*Carrying out a bank reconciliation on a weekly and monthly basis
*Filing correspondence, purchase ledger etc. in accordance with the Company's quality standards

Qualifications/Experience

Must have good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages. Must have a good telephone manner, good communication skills, and be numerate and literate. Knowledge of terminology or regulations relevant to the needs of the specific department or staff to whom responsible is also required.
