This is a full-time role based from our Mitcham offices with occasional field based visits.
Is this the ideal Care Coordinator role for me?
As our ideal candidate, you will be able to demonstrate experience in a care role and the ability to demonstrate a strong track record in delivering excellent frontline customer services
* Good literacy and numeracy skills
* Good presentation skills
* Computer literate, with excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel
* Understanding of legislation concerned with care provision
* Administrative experience

Desirable Skills / Experience:
* NVQ 2/3 and above
* Professional Care Qualification
* Experience as a Care Coordinator or another role within a care providing organisation

What will I be responsible for?
Working alongside our Registered Manager, the successful Car Coordinator, will organise the day to day running of the service provision through the Policies, training, supervision and guidance provided by the Company. You will be also be responsible for:
* Supporting the Registered Manager in achieving the aims and objectives of the company and achieving quality levels
* Assisting in marketing the services provided by the company and liaising with commissioners, prospective Service Users, health professionals and other agencies connected with training and development of the service.
* Being the first line of contact for all clients and care workers/nurses and other professionals
* Managing client relationships
* Understanding and matching the needs of our clients with suitably qualified care workers/ nurses
* Providing good quality services to clients whilst continually meeting targets and meeting our client's needs
* Ensuring care workers/ nurses are permanently assigned to the clients for continuity of care.

* Communicating with CCG / Social Services Brokers to accept packages of care
