Care coordinator in Preston

As a Care Coordinator you will be proud to represent us and be an ambassador for our excellent service we provide to our clients. You will also want to be part of an organisation that strives to be excellent in all manners of its Care delivery.

You need to be energetic, well organised and possess good IT skills.

You will have previous experience in a coordinator, scheduler or logistics based role and be a great communicator.

Your job will entail dealing with client and Caregiver enquiries. You will also be involved with scheduling visits, coordinating staff rota's and participating in the out of hours rota.
