Waste Management/Sales Representatives/ Business Development Executives/ Burton Upon Trent/ £25,000 to £30,000 Basic + Company car, Mobile, Laptop, Uncapped Bonus, inc Statutory holidays & pension contribution

Kenect Personnel are once again proud to be working in partnership with our local based waste management company in the search for additional Permanent Business Development/ Sales representatives.

A smaller company looking to expand dramatically in 2017 and beyond by investing in sales professionals looking to make their mark in an industry worth £6.7 Billion.

They offer an uncapped bonus structure along with a basic salary from £25,000 - £30,000+ however will consider applications with higher salary expectations, so please apply if you think you have what it takes to make an immediate impact. These are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 5pm with flexibility considered for those that have commitments.

Sales Representatives

The role:

1 Selling the Client's services to achieve profitable budgeted targets and surveying particular jobs where necessary. To secure profitable long term contracted new business within price authorised price matrices.
2 To identify and make effective sales calls within the designated territory, specifically targeted all waste and recycling generating businesses.
3 Working with their Customer Services and Transport Departments you will also help to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability through contract management.

Specific Responsibilities

* Responsible for achieving your set targets per month by seeking new business by cold calling, warm calls to lapsed or existing clients, drop ins, site visits and appointment making.
* Responsible for increasing revenue by new business contracts.
* Ensure you are a point of contact for customers if required.
* Liaise with transport, office and management teams.
* Report any issues to the Sales Director on a regular basis.
* Responsible for maintaining knowledge of services and products.

Sales Representative

Preferred experience:

* 2 Years experience as a Sales Professional in the Waste Management, Recycling or Environmental Services
* Ability to Negotiate effectively with clients of all levels
* Ability Network and build lasting business relationships
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Numerate with good analytical skills and commercially adapt
