Rewards & Hours
In return for your hard work as a Travel Team Leader, you will be entitled to a highly competitive salary of £24,400.00 plus a £2,400 overnight allowance and a range of benefits including 25 days holidays + bank holidays and the opportunity for a 4% bonus.
This is a full-time role working Monday - Sunday between 2100- 1800.
Who are we looking for?
When recruiting for a Travel Team Leader, we are looking for individuals who have a passion for Travel and proven work experience within the travel industry.
You must have previously managed or lead teams who will be arranging all aspects of the customers holiday including, flights, accommodation, packages, cruises and ancillaries worldwide using various travel/booking systems to process holidays. You will also require:
* Excellent Communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Excellent prioritisation and planning skills.
* Drive and passion for achieving results
* Exceptional team leading skills
* Evidence of call monitoring and coaching

* Strong PC skills
* Travel system knowledge

What will I be responsible for?
As a highly motivated and ambitious individual, the successful Travel Team leader will be responsible for leading a team of Travel Agents through on-going coaching, development and performance management. Responsibilities will also include:
* Achieving monitoring and coaching targets within your team, along with providing feedback to team members
* Driving performance to achieve specific targets and service levels
* Managing the resource to meet business requirements

You will be supporting members and clients across the globe ensuring that you have a good understanding of our company's products and services. We will provide bespoke, high quality training to enable you to do this.
