Sous Chef, South Wales (£26.000 - £26.500 per anumm)

Corus Consultancy are looking for a Sous Chef for our client in Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person looking for an opportunity to develop their career with an excellent company.

The role would suit an enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified Sous Chef to assist in running a restaurant. You will be standards driven, strive for perfection and have a genuine drive and ambition. You will be expected to continue the food concept development and produce cuisine of exceptional quality and appearance.

What we require of you:

* You must have experience in a quality food service establishment.
* You must have a hands-on-approach Relevant Food Hygiene qualification.

Your salary will be up to £26,500. This is an excellent opportunity for career progression too.
