A highly reputable law firm in Salisbury are seeking an enthusiastic Legal Secretary to assist across all departments within this office.

The successful applicant will be part of a team of secretaries supporting Fee Earners and Partners with various administrative duties. Previous experience of legal secretarial work is not essential, however you will need good audio and copy typing skills, and a strong work ethic and organised approach to tasks.

Duties will include:

* Audio typing from digital dictation
* Copy typing & typing up letters
* Typing up letters
* Taking phone calls and answering queries
* Accurate data entry onto Excel spreadsheets
* Proof reading documents
* Diary management
* General administration including scanning; faxing and photocopying

Desirable skills and experience:

* Strong and efficient admin skills
* High level of attention to detail
* Audio typing ability using digital dictation systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Very well organised
* Friendly & professional attitude
* IT literate - Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Digital Audio software
