Based in Bournemouth, our client is looking to recruit Spanish speaking Customer Service Advisors to join their busy team, with a start date confirmed for 5th of December 2017.

Perfect candidate:

* will speak both Spanish and English fluently
* have an excellent customer service background
* be confident with a large volume of inbound calls
* have a good data entry skills

The successful applicant will:

* provide customer support / technical support via multiple touch points (e.g inbound calls, e-mail)
* accurately log customer and product information into CRM systems
Proactively develop skills and knowledge through effective use of systems understanding customer care and apply to all customer touch points
* share knowledge gained with team through effective knowledge transfer
* maintain a high standard in personal KPI targets as defined

Hourly Rate:

£8.21 with overtime paid at £12.32 where required.
Hours of work are:

Hours of work are based on a shift patter with standard 37.50 per week between

8:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.
and alternative weekends including some Sundays from 9:00am to 17:00pm.

If you have a:

proven experience of delivering customer excellence and excellent Spanish written and verbal communication skills

If you are:

comfortable with technology and have problem solving skills
