£20,000 - £25,0000 PLUS COMMISSION, OTE £30,000

Currently recruiting on behalf of a Car Dealership based in North London. My client is looking to expand their team and are on the hunt for an Office Administrator.

Ideally, if you have a Sales background to this would be helpful as you will be up-selling warranties as part of the role.

Candidate must have come from a Car Sales/Automotive background as well as having a strong administration background.


* Place and track orders, deliveries, and address day to day queries
* Answer customer queries and explain product information
* Prepare reports, sales brochures, price lists, discount offers and other sale documents
* Send emails, faxes and newsletters internally and to customers
* Send quotations and proposals to customers
* Arrange delivery of products and maintain documents
* Inform colleagues and managers about deliveries
* Arrange for meetings
* Supporting the sales consultants
* Maintain a high level of quality control on all items
* Assist other departments as and when required
* Up-sell their warranties
* Support the finance manager


* Knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel
* Good verbal and written communication skills, including a professional telephone and e-mail manner
* Must have good attention to detail
* Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
* Able to self-motivate, prioritise, plan and organise
* Have a proactive approach
* A flexible approach to working with a 'can do' attitude
* Sales experience
* Administration experience 2 years +
