Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities of Job

* Handle all outbound calls to maximise transfer opportunities through professional communication and negotiation skills
* Handle all inbound calls and ensure that all enquiries are dealt with in a professional and positive manner
* Handle all calls within the requirements laid down for the call monitoring/FCA results
* Contribute to the achievement of individual, team and department targets
* Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with all colleagues and customers, promoting a professional business image
* Develop and maintain a competent level of technical, product and system knowledge
* Attend company training programmes to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills
* Understand and apply all legal, regulatory and information security requirements
* Commit to own personal development



Required Competencies

Job related experience, qualifications and skills:

* 3 GCSE's grade A*- C including English and Maths, or equivalent
