Our client is seeking a Training Coordinator on initially a three month temporary contract to assist the L&D team. As training Coordinator, you will be dealing with day to day activities within the department and effectively managing internal and external course requirements and resources.

The role will involve;

* Program, monitor and develop operations and non-operational training courses
* Ensuring the L&D day to day requirements are resourced
* Programme all scheduled courses onto CMS & monitor the course system calendar.
* Collate & provide statistical data & managerial reports in order to monitor risk critical mandatory courses.
* Maintain & audit the departments Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring all course documentation is version controlled & accurately recorded.
* Co-ordinate & prioritise internal & external enquiries via L&D Helpdesk and act as first point of contact.
* Plan, coordinate, and participate in departmental meetings with external providers to advise & influence partnership working and collaboration
