We are seeking an ambitious, professional and motivated Sales Administrator to join our team in Hessle and assist us in achieving excellent quality customer service.
Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to the Sales Team and Branch Manager, you will ensure efficient processing of vehicle orders. You will liaise with the Sales Team and complete sales invoicing, ensuring all costs are included. The role will encompass administrative tasks, and will support activities involving vehicle registration such as completing all pre-delivery related work involving vehicle registration, plus any other ad hoc tasks.
The ideal Sales Administrator:
To be successful in this role, the Sales Administrator will possess:
* Enjoy working with colleagues and other teams across the centre.
* Ability to seek out and deliver continuous improvements and provide a seamless service to customers by providing a back-up service to the Sales Team.
* Previous gained experience of working in a fast-paced administration role where accuracy, organisation and prioritisation have been key.
* Be able to work with accuracy and timeliness in order to complete sales invoicing pre-delivery tasks and stock list records.
* High attention to detail.
