HR Administrator
Salary: Depending on Experience

Our client is a leading retail industry that prides itself on the range and quality of indoor & outdoor equipment.

Key Duties:
* Dealing politely and professionally with customer phone enquires and staff enquiries
* Maintaining company databases
* Printing labels from the company database
* Generating and checking rota's
* HR administration support to include holiday, timekeeping and recruitment
* Till check administration
* Regularly updating the company facebook account and website
* Stationary purchases and reporting
* Photocopying, filing and printing various documents
* Sorting and distributing incoming post

The successful candidate for this role will;
* Be confident and professional
* Be honest and trustworthy
* Have a strong attention to detail
* Be able to use their own initiative
* Have excellent organisational skills
* Have a good level of computer based systems including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Be an effective communicator
* Administration experience will be a real asset
