iO Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of global leader in the field of Audio Visual Equipment for an Embedded Software Engineer to join their growing team just south of London.

Working in both digital and analog electronics, my client have forged a reputation as being the go to providers of audio/visual equipment for a range of industry sectors, from presentation rooms in business to allowing doctors to accurately view, in real time, the result of an endoscopy.

This particular R&D site specialise in building equipment for multi-unit visualisation products that are designed for displays and presentations. Within this, you will be focussing on the low level driver and kernel development while working closely with the applications and electronics teams to develop a total working solution.

The projects vary greatly from customer to customer and you will be required to be creative and react to customer demand in order to ensure a bespoke solution for each product you will be working on.

The company utilise Windows operating systems, so this will be favourable, but any experience working with a complex operating system will be sufficient.

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you will need demonstrable experience in the following fields:
-Low Level Embedded (Kernels / Device Drivers / BSP / Bootloaders) working within any OS.
-C++ Development
-Degree Educated (or similar academic level).
