Aftersales Business Development Manager Required for Commercial Vehicle Dealership - Surrey & Sussex.

Our Client a Multi-Site Commercial Vehicle Dealer Group are looking to hire an Aftersales Business Development Manager for their thriving business.

Ideally you will have current/recent experience within aftersales business development preferably within the commercial sector. You will be a key part of the company and its future success, selling the benefits of choosing the group as the preferred service supplier and obtaining long term, high volume contracts as well as maintaining existing clients.

The Role includes but is not limited to:
Dealing with customers both face-to-face and over the telephone,
Undertaking B2B sales
Meeting clients, building and maintaining relationships
Maximising sales, maintain customer retention and over achieve targets
Being aware of all promotions and act in accordance with them
Prepare and use planned sales presentation, to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities, including customer greeting, qualifying, handling objectives, product presentation and demonstrations and closing and delivery
Grow business user database to ensure long-term growth of the business sales operation
Ensuring a high level of customer service is provided
Maintaining relationships and contact with existing customers on a regular basis informing them of any promotions.

The Candidate:

Experience in an Aftersales Business Development environment
Proven track record of achieving sales results against targets
A confident communicator, with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers, delivering the highest level of customer service
You will have the drive to consistently meet and exceed customer needs and can close deals effectively, enabling to drive sales forward
Ability to develop aftersales to existing customer base and develop new parts accounts within a predetermined territory.

This role will be based in Surrey & West Sussex and you will be required to travel as part of the role, so a full clean driving licence is preferred.

The working hours are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00.

The role pays a highly competitive basic salary of £36,000 + Company Vehicle, fuel, laptop and phone.
