Our client, a highly reputed outsourcing company with constant growth in the international market is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Athens, Greece .

Start date : Flexible

Working hours : 8h/day , 5 days/week

Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

* Answers incoming customer calls regarding product problems, service questions and general client concerns
* maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
* Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
* Frequently attend trainings to improve knowledge and performance level

Requirements

* Must speak one language ( Dutch, German, Spanish, French, Swedish, Finnish )at fluent level ( C1 ) and English at good level
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Good Knowledge of computers & new technologies
* Candidate must have European nationality
* High school diploma - mandatory
* Must be at least 18 years of age or older
