This role is offered initially on a 3 month contract basis with the possibility of going permanent.
Your new role
Reporting in to the Resource Controller, the successful Lead Customer Service & Costings Advisor will be responsible for efficiently manage the work order financial costings. You will also support the resource controller and contract manager in managing the team to ensure efficient and effective logistical management. Daily responsibilities will also include:
* Monitoring recalls and cost inefficiencies
* Providing accurate data for analysis.
* Accurately costing all work orders
* Ensuring all invoices and documentation are available on FES and if applicable on Planon
* Reviewing monthly with Contract Manager any disputed charges with client.
* Reviewing daily recalls and input onto system for weekly analysis.
* Deputising for the Resource Controller
* Managing the filling and accuracy of documentation.
* Managing the PPM process and liaise with RC & CM relating to Remedial works and programme.
* Coaching and developing your team

What you will need to succeed as a Lead Customer Service & Costings Advisor
* Basic knowledge of building maintenance trades and the tasks/activities that can be undertaken be each trade group.
* Good knowledge of IT systems including FES and Planon or similar - Two systems currently in use

* GCSE or equivalent grade C or above in Maths and English.
* NVQ 3/BTEC or equivalent in Business Administration/Studies or Customer Services
* Ideally have a full clean driving licence.
