My client a rapidly growing office based in Macclesfield, is looking for a bright and friendly Receptionist. The role will be acting as the first point of contact for the company and you will be responsible for dealing with all incoming calls and visitors, providing business support across the company, working closely with the Office Manager.


* Cover front desk and welcome all visitors
* Supporting the Directors, with administration support.
* Handle internal and external calls
* Typing reports,
* Organise incoming and outgoing post/courtier services
* Communicate effectively and comfortably with people from all levels of the business and provide them with administrative support
* Regularly communicate with the wider team across all sites in relation to workloads or information sharing


* Excellent attention to detail is required for this role.
* Ability to manage own task in order of priority.
* Ability to multi task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages.
* Polite and professional telephone manner.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse with people at all levels
* Confident, personable, articulate, well presented and professional
* Strive for the highest working standards always
