Service Management opportunity - Well-renowned children's charity - Earn up to 55k

I am currently working with a leading Children's Charity as they seek to maintain the development of their service throughout the West-Midlands.

An opportunity has arisen within the organisation for an individual to join the project as a Registered Manager due to the fact that the current post-holder has progressed within their own career and joined the Operations department; thereby transitioning across the service to other projects within social care.

Objective of your role within the service:

The service aims to work in partnership with children and young people in the care system in order to help ensure they are looked after appropriately and cared for; you will help hone and develop this service and the talented individuals within it in order to ensure that the organisations goals are met.

You will achieve this by:

* Leading the service, both strategically and operationally, whilst working alongside other key members of the organisation.
* Providing development points and support to a diverse team of Social Worker's and Manager's across the service.
