We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide an interface between the customer and all business and operational staff. Your role will also require you to carry out the administrative tasks support the business. On a daily basis this will involve:
* Manage relationships with suppliers.
* Provide support services for other employees.
* Maintain company procedures and systems under the guidance of management.
* Gather and process financial, personnel and operational data from staff and manual/electronic systems.
* Take full ownership and responsibility for personal Health & Safety, and for others who may be affected by their actions.

The Ideal Customer Service Advisor will have:
* An ability to communicate effectively with customers, supplier and staff at all levels.
* An understanding of relevant Company systems and procedures.
* Ability to work accurately to instructions and produce clear, presentable results.
* Awareness of Company Health & Safety procedures with regards to office safety, fire, emergency evacuation and first aid
* Literacy and numeracy skills to NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
